FOOD NETWORK STAR, with Alton Brown, Bobby Flay and Giada De Laurentiis
- 24 corn cobs, without the straw
- 2 vegetable oil tablespoons
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 chopped onions
- 1 can of coconut milk
- Juice of a green lemon
- Chopped fresh cilantro
- Sweet popcorn
- 1/2 melon with the pulp removed in polka dots format
Remove the corn kernels from the cob. Book the ears.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot and blow over medium-low heat.
Add the corn, garlic and onion. Saute until the corn is golden and the translucent onions.
